Clean and spacious room with lovely central views. The local shops are just around the corner!

The breakfast was generous and incredible, such variety, with ceral. The room was decent size and nicely furnished, with a modern design.

We stayed 2 nights and it was an absolutely amazing fit.

The bed in the Beautiful Double Room felt comfortable. I loved the large shower with excellent water pressure. Having free Wi-Fi and a tv added to the comfort of my stay. The location was ideal, just minutes from the high street and seaside. There were some drawbacks. The towels seemed old and inadequate, definitely not matching the overall quality I expected. I found the furniture looked better in photos than in real life. There was confusion at check-in regarding my room, and a few maintenance issues affected my stay-like the toilet seat needing adjustment.

The beds are lovely to sleep on...

The property seemed clean and the room was a nice size. Our location was perfect and incredible easy to walk to everything. Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Lantern Pike Peak. Enjoyed a small refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a hair dryer in the room.

The location is exceptional! Right in the heart of town🌟. the misinformation about parking and three-hour breakfast timing left us feeling frustrated. We expected more for the price.

The massive bath in the room was amazing! I loved how central the location was, with all the main attractions just a stone's throw away. The views from the window were fine and the room itself was clean and inviting.

Delightfully central location for exploring Conwy.

There was no information provided about parking, and I felt rushed due to a call from the staff about my arrival time. Upon entering my Beautiful Double Room, I found a huge hole in the wall, a non-functioning TV remote, and a dangerously slippery wooden decking leading to the entrance.

The room offered a nice ambiance with space to breathe, giving it a comfortable feel that is often hard to find. The mini fridge had fresh milk, a small touch, made a difference for my morning fix.

Maintenance issues spoiled the experience-a broken bathroom door and a smoking hairdryer were highlights that no one likes to deal with. The room had a persistent damp smell, and cleaning seemed to be missing some essential attention, with stained carpets and no proper places to set toiletries in the bathroom. An extractor fan from downstairs buzzed all night, going from chilly to stuffy in no time.

The location was central, placing shops and attractions just a stone's throw away. I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and inviting ambience of my snug beautiful double room, along with a lovely view from the window.

Parking could be challenging.

Comfy bed but misleading amenities

The bed was comfortable. I was disappointed that the room wasn't soundproofed as advertised, and the bathroom had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance that definitely need addressing. Breakfast was a letdown, with limited options and no flexibility in timing.

It was just a fitting option for a rapid stop in Conwy with real value for money. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly for planning my day. Try to bring your own food as dining options were quite limited.
